Switched to low-GI meals last week. I am tired of eggs. What are your favorite high-protein breakfasts that wont spike blood sugar?

Try chia seed pudding made with unsweetened almond milk, loaded with hemp seeds, walnuts, and a scoop of pea protein powder! Super filling and zero sugar spikes.
