  1. 1Kneel on the floor, touch your big toes together and sit on your heels.
  2. 2Separate your knees about hip-width apart.
  3. 3Exhale and lay your torso down between your thighs, stretching your arms forward.
  4. 4Rest your forehead on the floor and breathe deeply into your lower back.
